Unit 31/32 – Pete’s Beanery
The latest trader to join New Watford Market. They are selling a range of hot polish traditional dishes including Schabowy, Goulash, Pierogi and more. The Beanery also sells a range of Polish Fruit Juices named Tymbark.
Background:
For Piotr, Owner of the Beanery, this is his first venture. He worked previously in a small Italian restaurant here in Watford but thought “It’s time to be my own boss”. He began looking for a premises to create his dream and future in, that’s when he came across New Watford Market. He was drawn in by the sense of community, support and straight up, it was just more cost effective.
Piotr uses recipes handed down to him from his grandmother which have been in the family for many generations, this getting that authentic polish taste.
Now finding his feet in the market he has a lot to offer and is a great new addition to our market.
